To change your name, please proceed as follows:
  1. Submit proof: Please send us a current copy of an identification document:
    • Identity card
    • Passport
    • Name change certificate
  2. Fill in the name change form (optional): This step is only necessary if you have a Scalable Capital account with Baader Bank as the custodian bank. Download the name change form, fill it out and sign it by hand (digital signatures are not accepted).
  3. Additional change in marital status? If your marital status has also changed, please also send us the relevant proof (e.g. marriage or divorce certificate).
