To set up trade confirmation copies, navigate to 'Home' > choose your product > gear icon >  'Copies of trade confirmations'. Enter the email address of the compliance department to which the trade copies should be forwarded. Please ensure that the email address provided is correct. Finally, confirm your consent to set up the trade reporting. 

You will then receive a confirmation and your retrieval PIN. Please forward the PIN to the compliance department as it is required to access the duplicate mailings. The retrieval PIN can be viewed at any time in your profile settings.

A duplicate is created for each purchase, sale and savings plan execution. Duplicate mailings are automatically forwarded to your employer and made available to you in your mailbox.

Trade confirmation copies are only offered as part of the PRIME+ model. The cost is included in the monthly fee. In some cases, the costs incurred are covered by the employer. This process is not directly deductible by the employer and must therefore be arranged by you in consultation with the employer.
