Our service is aimed at individuals residing in Germany, Austria, metropolitan France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. However, your residence can be changed within the European Economic Area (EEA).
In the event of a move to a country outside the EEA, the business relationship can unfortunately not be continued for business policy reasons. Please inform us in good time as soon as a move is imminent.
To update your address, active two-factor authentication is required, which you can activate in your personal profile or may have already activated.
In your customer profile, click on "Profile" and under "Personal information" in the "Contact details" section, click on the green arrow next to your address to update it accordingly. You will then receive an automated letter by email explaining the next required steps.
Please note: to ensure the timely processing of your tax matters, we ask you to submit changes to your tax data by 15 December of the current year.
