The duration of account opening depends on various factors and can therefore vary. A prerequisite in any case is that you successfully complete the identification process.
After successful identification, account opening ideally takes a maximum of 3 business days.
Should there be any follow-up questions regarding the data you submitted, the account opening may be delayed. In this case, we will proactively contact you after reviewing the matter and inform you about the next steps or any necessary documents/proof.
Information about kids' accounts
Please note that for the opening of a kids' account we requirer consent from all legal representatives- Delays often occur if the second legal guardian has not confirmed the opening in their own Scalable account.
The junior securities account can be found there under "Broker". To complete the process, they must click the "Review" button for the kids' account and then confirm the account by entering the date of birth of the first legal guardian.
As soon as this confirmation is received, the opening of the junior securities account will proceed automatically, and you will receive a message.
