Clients residing in Germany, France, Spain and Netherlands:
To open a Kids' Account, the following conditions must be met:
- Child's Age: The child must be up to 16 years old. The child is the legal owner of the account, but it cannot conduct any actions under the age of 18.
- Legal Guardians: Only the legal representatives (legal guardians) can open the Account.
- All legal guardians require their own Scalable Account, which was opened in the same country.

Clients residing in Italy and Austria:
Kids’ accounts are not available in Italy nor Austria. Instead open a dedicated investment space for your child by opening separate portfolios in the new app and naming them after your child. The portfolio will be legally owned by the person opening it.
