Can I attend an Annual General Meeting?

Yes, you will receive a notice in your Scalable Mailbox about the upcoming Annual General Meeting. If you would like to attend the general meeting, please follow the link in your announcement.

Alternatively, you can upload the document in the Scalable client area. To do this, request a personal upload link from corporateaction@scalable.capital.

For registered shares, you will receive another message in your mailbox after you have received the registration confirmation. This message will contain your shareholder number from the custodian, which you can use to register for the general meeting.

Please note that a shareholder number is only issued for registered shares. For bearer shares, the entrance card will be sent by mail directly from the registration office.
