What are the costs for Credit?

Please note that the following answer only applies to clients residing in Germany.‌ 

Establishing a credit line costs nothing. Interest only accrues on the amount actually borrowed and used. It is calculated quarterly and is variable. As of 17 June 2026: 3.49% p.a. variable borrowing rate in the PRIME+ Broker, 4.49% p.a. in the FREE Broker.

Please note that if the credit line granted is exceeded, interest may be charged for a tolerated overdraft in accordance with our list of prices and services. In addition, Scalable Capital may terminate the account and custody account in such a case and demand immediate repayment in full.
