You can access details of your available cash balance in your personal client area. To do this, click on the available cash balance under your portfolio value. 

In the app, the available cash balance is shown below the performance display under "Cash". By clicking on "Cash" you can directly see your account balance and buying power. 

Please note that the credit balance may differ from the available credit balance. This may be due to the following factors: 

  • If savings plans are set to be debited from your broker's balance, the amounts are reserved your savings plans several days in advance.

  • Sale proceeds can be used immediately to purchase securities, but are generally not available for withdrawal until two banking days later. This is because the actual exchange of securities for payment (known as settlement) does not take place until two days after the transaction has been concluded on the stock exchange. 

  • The cash balance available for withdrawal may be reduced for up to eight weeks after deposits by SEPA direct debit or Instant in order to avoid an overdraft of the clearing account due to a possible direct debit return (for example, due to an uncovered account or an account not eligible for direct debit)
