What happens if I make a deposit from a third-party account?

Transfers to your clearing account must be made from the registered reference account or another account registered in your name. Payments that do not originate from the reference account on file or another account registered in your name will not be accepted.

This includes deposits that cannot be clearly allocated (e.g. via PayPal) and transfers from third-party accounts.

If a payment is made from a third-party account, this payment will be rejected. The amount will be automatically transferred back to you.
