What requirements must my reference account meet?

The reference account must be in your name and held at a bank based in the SEPA region. As the SEPA region includes not only EU member states but also EEA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway) and other countries, we accept accounts from across the entire EEA. Furthermore, it must be an account for payment transactions. Savings or call money accounts, for example, are not permitted.

If your current account is a joint account, it must be ensured that you are registered as the beneficial owner.
