Once you have made a transfer, the amount is usually available in your clearing account within 1-2 banking days. Transfers made via SEPA instant scheme are available instantly.
If you have been waiting for a transfer for some time, please first check whether the account you are using is already stored in your account. In the account overview, you can view all accounts from which a deposit has already been transferred to your clearing account. You can see whether an account has been accepted for a deposit under the note for the respective account. It will say "Accepted" or "Rejected".
If the payment has been made from a rejected account, the amount will be automatically transferred back to you. This can take up to 2 bank working days.
However, if you have been waiting longer for the funds to be credited to your account, please be sure to provide us with the sender's IBAN, the exact transfer amount and the transfer date, or send us a transfer receipt so that we can then forward the information to our internal specialist department for checking and appropriate investigation.
Please note that the account you use to make the deposit must be in your name and held at a bank in the SEPA area. Furthermore, it must be an account for payment transactions. Savings or call money accounts, for example, are not permitted. If your current account is a joint account, it must be ensured that you are registered as the beneficial owner.
