Your security is our priority. To protect your funds, only bank accounts in your name can be linked to your Scalable account.
If you would like to link a new reference account or verify an existing one, simply make a money transfer from your bank account to your Scalable account. This helps us confirm it’s registered in your name and meets our security standards.
To make a transfer, navigate to "Profile" > "Personal Information" > "Bank account". Then click on the ´+´-icon to display the bank details of your Scalable clearing account.
On the web go to "Profile" > "Personal Information" > "Bank Details" and click on the small pencil icon. Then click on “Verify new account”.
Lastly, make a transfer of any amount to your clearing account from a current account that is in your name. Your reference account will then be verified automatically.
