Can I open an account for my child?

Please note that the following answer only applies to clients residing in Germany, France, Spain and Netherlands.‌

Yes, both legal guardians can open and manage a Kid's account in the name of their child. The child can be up to 17 years old. The child is the legal owner of the account, but it cannot conduct any actions under the age of 18.

 

Kids’ accounts are not available in Italy nor Austria. Instead open a dedicated investment space for your child by opening separate portfolios in the new app and naming them after your child. The portfolio will be legally owned by the person opening it.‌
