Shares in ELTIFs (e.g. BlackRock Private Equity Fund) are not listed on a public stock exchange and can therefore only be traded directly with the fund issuer on certain key dates.

purchase (subscription) is possible on a monthly basis towards the end of the month (execution date). Due to the necessary lead time and withdrawal period, the order must be received by Scalable Capital approximately one month before the execution date. When placing an order, the respective execution date is displayed in the order mask. You can benefit from the performance of the fund from the execution date. The shares are booked approximately 3 weeks after the execution date. Order details are displayed at all times in the transaction overview.

sale (redemption of shares to the fund issuer) is generally possible on a quarterly basis from 30 June 2027. There is a lock-up period until 30 June 2027 to avoid jeopardizing the investment objective of the BlackRock Private Equity Fund. Shares cannot be redeemed within the lock-up period.

Redemptions are generally limited to 5 % of the net asset value of the fund per quarter and a maximum of 27.3 % of the liquid portfolio. Despite the Fund's liquidity reserves, a (full) redemption of shares on a certain date cannot be guaranteed. If a full redemption is not possible, shares are generally redeemed on a pro rata basis.

The functionality for the redemption of shares will be available before the end of the lock-up period.
