A purchase (subscription) of the BlackRock Private Equity Fund is possible on a monthly basis towards the end of the month (execution date). Due to the necessary lead time and withdrawal period, the order must be received by Scalable Capital approximately one month before the execution date. When placing an order, the respective execution date is displayed in the order mask.
You can benefit from the performance of the fund from the execution date. The shares are booked approximately 3 weeks after the execution date. You can find details of the order at any time in the transaction overview.
A sale (redemption of shares) is generally possible on a quarterly basis from 30 June 2027. Details of the redemption process will be announced in due course. Please note that redemptions on a specific date are not guaranteed.
