What are the requirements for investing in Private Equity?

To purchase the BlackRock Private Equity Fund, the following requirements must be met:

• Scalable Broker Account at the new Scalable

• Residence in Germany, Austria or Italy

• The initial investment must be at least €10,000. Subsequently, further investments can be made as a single order from as low as €1.
  Note: The savings plan functionality will be available shortly.

• Sufficient balance in the Scalable Broker to place the order.
  Note: It is best to deposit funds using SEPA bank transfer. Funds originating from SEPA direct debit or Scalable Instant may only be used for the purchase of ELTIFs after 8 weeks.

• Complete and truthful information in the suitability questionnaire and assessment of the product category ELTIFs as suitable for you.
