You can conveniently track the status of your securities transfer in your client area. To do this, click on the gear icon to access your account's product details and select the 'Securities transfer' option. There you will see an overview of your open securities account transfers. In the list view, securities account transfers are displayed for a maximum of 90 days after submission. In the detailed view, you can see further information on the status, such as the date the instruction was created and received by the custodian bank and when the source bank has received the instruction.
As soon as the status "Source bank has received the instruction" has been reached, please contact the source bank if you have any questions. The name and BIC of the source custodian bank will be displayed in the detailed view.
