What information do I need to cancel my securities transfer?

In order to cancel your securities account transfer, we require the name of the transferring bank and the date of the order or the reference number of the transfer. You can find the exact information under ‘Home’ in the relevant product by clicking on the gear icon and selecting ‘Securities account transfer’. Then click on the relevant order.
