Scalable Capital provides you with an extract of the personal data that has been processed about you in your client area. To access this information, please log in to your client area on our website and select the 'Profile' option from the menu. You can request a data extract at any time in the 'Personal information' section. Confirm your request via two-factor authentication (2FA) in the Scalable App.
Please note that this function is only available via the web browser. A request via the iOS or Android app is not possible.
The scope and manner in which we process your personal data depends on which of our services you use. For example, if you have only subscribed to our newsletter, the processing of your personal data will be different to if you use our wealth management or broker offering.
