When reporting a foreign securities account transfer, fractional shares cannot be recorded because FinanzOnline only allows whole units to be entered. In such cases, the report must be submitted using whole units. The acquisition costs, which you can find in your acquisition cost statement in your mailbox, should be adjusted accordingly to reflect whole units.
