If individual securities were not transferred to your new Scalable account, you can view them in the Baader Bank customer area until the final transfer is complete (How can I log in to the Baader Bank client portal?).

Reasons why these securities were not transferred include:

  • Ongoing settlement processes (e.g., corporate actions, dividends, knock-out, or maturity): Cash or security holdings that are currently still in the settlement process will be automatically transferred to your Scalable account after processing is complete.

  • Sanctioned securities: Securities that are subject to current sanctions will remain in your Baader Account until the sanctions are officially lifted.

  • Subscription rights and comparable rights will be exercised with the corresponding instruction, or sold at best price, or written off as worthless, if possible. Resulting securities and cash balances will be automatically transferred.

  • Outstanding delivery: In individual cases, securities have not yet been delivered by the custodian. As soon as this has been completed, they will be automatically transferred to the new Scalable account.

  • Non-transferable issues: Individual issues cannot be transferred.

You can find a list of all affected securities here. Use the search function (Ctrl + F or Cmd + F) to specifically look for the respective ISIN.
