If there is an opportunity to participate in a corporate action, we will inform you in a timely manner. You can find the announcement in your mailbox in a document titled 'Securities announcement'. This document contains a link through which you can submit your instruction directly for participation in voluntary corporate actions.
You can also find an overview of upcoming voluntary corporate actions in the web view. Navigate to Home > choose your product > gear icon and select 'Voluntary Corporate Actions'. Here, you can also submit your instruction directly.
Submitting instructions: For voluntary corporate actions, you should always submit your instruction using the link provided in the 'Securities announcement' or in the overview of upcoming corporate actions. If you encounter any difficulties submitting your instruction directly via the link, or for any other instructions, please send the completed and signed 'Securities announcement' document to:

Alternatively, you can upload the document in the Scalable client area. To do this, request a personal upload link from corporateaction@scalable.capital.

- Only timely instructions can be processed. Please observe the respective response deadlines.
- Collective instructions across multiple securities will not be accepted.
- All instructions must be submitted by post or as a PDF file. Instructions that do not comply with the specified format cannot be processed.
- Instructions for unannounced corporate actions are invalid.
- Once submitted, instructions cannot be withdrawn and will remain active during the execution period.
