If you are eligible to participate in an Annual General Meeting, you will receive a notification in your Scalable mailbox. If you wish to participate, please follow the link in the announcement.
Alternatively, you can upload the relevant document in the Scalable client area. To do this, please request a personal upload link at corporateaction@scalable.capital.
For registered shares, you will receive another message in your Scalable mailbox after confirmation of registration. This contains your shareholder number from the custodian bank, which you can use to register for the Annual General Meeting after registration. A shareholder number is only issued for registered shares. For bearer shares, the admission ticket is sent directly by the registration office by post. In accordance with the List of Prices and Services, the issuance of an admission ticket costs €9.99 and is deducted from the clearing account. This also applies to virtual Annual General Meetings.
