Scalable Capital offers clients with tax residency in Germany the opportunity to place orders for execution at additional trading venues. In addition to the standard trading venues gettex, Xetra and European Investor Exchange (EIX), orders can also be placed at other German stock exchanges such as Frankfurt, Stuttgart or Tradegate.

To place a manual order, please use the contact form. This procedure is necessary to ensure secure legitimation via your account. Please provide the following information in full in your message:

  • Order type (buy or sell)
  • Execution venue
  • ISIN or WKN of the security
  • Name or description of the security
  • Desired quantity

Please note that only the market order type is available for manual orders.

Special features for Kid’s accounts: Instructions for units in a Kid’s account can only be placed by the legal guardians (parents). A prerequisite for this is that the legal guardians have their own Scalable account. Manual order requests placed directly by children or minors who hold accounts must be rejected.
