Why is the buy and/or sell button grayed out?

There may be various reasons for this:

• A grayed-out buy or sell button may indicate that it is outside trading hours.
• Furthermore, securities provided with a savings plan can only be traded again after the actual execution of the booking, on average after two banking days.
• In certain circumstances, no prices may be provided for a security temporarily, e.g. due to a trading interruption. In this case, the prices will not be to date. For more information on suspensions, please refer to the information provided by the relevant stock exchange.
