Loss pots were in general also transferred. There are two exceptions:

  • You maintain ongoing business relationships with Baader Bank outside of Scalable: In this case, your loss pots remained with Baader Bank.
  • Single securities have not (yet) been transferred: In this case, the loss pot will be transferred with the transfer of the last remaining security. Further information here: Why haven't some securities been transferred?
  • If no securities are transferred, there will be no transfer of loss pots. In this case, Baader Bank will close the remaining loss pots and issue a loss certificate.
